We work diligently to identify and develop credible evidence on suspected fraudulent claims. We often work in conjunction with a client’s special investigation unit during the initial phase of an investigation.  If a potential fraudulent claim emerges, we will work with the SIU in the development of evidence and coordinating efforts with the Department of Insurance Fraud Bureau, local district attorneys office and client law firms.
