We are knowledgeable in all aspects of WC claims issues including but not limited to: AOE/COE - Stress/Psyche, Cumulative Trauma, Good-Faith Personnel Actions, Serious and Willful Misconduct, Employer Discrimination (132a), Post Termination, Independent Contractor, Horseplay, Intoxication and Third-Party/Subrogation.
Other workplace issues such as Discrimination/Harassment, Reasonable Accommodation, Family Medical Leave Act (FLMA), Americans with Disability Act (ADA) are sometimes components of WC claims. Information will typically be included in a WC investigation, but to address the merits of the allegations, typically requires a separate employer investigation if a complaint has been filed. These issues are covered by the California Department Fair Employment and Housing (FEHA) and/or Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) laws/regulations.
